    There is absolutely no charge of any kind to look through ChiTownAds.com's ads or to in any way use it to make a purchase.

    ChiTownAds.com is also Completely Free to non-commercial sellers of most goods. I.E. if you are a private party (as opposed to a business) selling most items there is absolutely no cost or obligation of any kind to place a basic ad.

    If you are a commercial seller there is a small fee to place an ad of $2.95 per month. This low rate makes ChiTownAds.com the most cost effective way to advertise your product or service, available.

  1. What information should I include in my classified ad?

    * Start your ad with the name of the item you have for sale. This makes it easier for buyers to find.

    * Include the price. Ads with prices get better response. You can use "best offer" if your price is negotiable.

    * List the features that make the item unique: brand name, color, model, year, condition, etc. The detailed information makes the item more appealing and will increase your chance of selling it quickly.

    * Spell out words. Abbreviations might confuse buyers.

    * Include the best times to call.
