Woodside Ranch is located five miles east of Mauston and 20 miles northwest of Wisconsin Dells in the heart of the famous Upper Dells Region.

The Ranch, consisting of 1,200 acres, is situated on a high wooded hillside that offers a panoramic view of the beautiful Lemonweir River Valley.

Woodside is an operating ranch where guests are welcomed all year-round and can observe ranching (raising horses, buffalo and deer) and farming (raising hay, grain and corn) firsthand.

Woodside features downhill skiing and full equipment rental, cross-country skiing on more than 10 miles of marked and groomed ski trails; night skiing on lighted slopes; horseback riding in the snow; horse-drawn sleigh rides; a game room with pool tables, electronic games and table tennis; the Trading Post lounge; and a dance hall featuring our old fashioned Saturday night "Hoedown" with social and square dancing. Directions
Getting there is a breeze! Just get on 90/94 from the Loop and head north. At the junction, stay left on 90 and keep on truckin'. When you get to Mauston (about four hours from Chicago), get off at exit 82, and there you are. Enjoy!
